Lo avevamo anticipato ad inizio ottobre ed adesso arriva la conferma di Google e di LG: Lo smartwatch Watch Urbane 2nd Edition con supporto LTE.

LG Watch Urbane 2nd edition LTE è il primo smartwatch Android Wear con supporto LTE: ciò significa che l'”orologio intelligente” non soltanto può colloquiare con il dispositivo mobile via Bluetooth o WiFi ma può esso stesse invaire e ricevere dati utilizzando la connessione dell’operatore di telefonia mobile.

Il nuovo smartwatch di LG permetterà anche di effettuare chiamate usando esclusivamente il telefono.

Il dispositivo diventa quindi molto interessante se si considera che può appunto operare anche in totale autonomia rispetto allo smartphone.

LG Watch Urbane 2nd edition mette a disposizione di chi lo indossa tre pulsanti: uno permette di accedere alla lista dei contatti, il secondo di richiamare l’app per il fitness, il terzo di tornare al quadrante.

Per il momento non si conoscono prezzi e data di lancio in Italia.
