Whatsapp guarda alle imprese e introduce la spunta verde per gli account verificati

Una coccarda colorata di verde segnalerà gli account aziendali che sono stati controllati da WhatsApp: le imprese potranno fregiarsi di un canale di comunicazione privilegiato, veloce e sicuro con la clientela.

Avevamo dato conto già a suo tempo dei piani di WhatsApp per trasformare la celeberrima app di messaggistica in uno strumento sempre più utilizzabile dalle imprese per fare business: WhatsApp for Business: l’app di messaggistica offrirà servizi alle imprese.

Arrivano oggi le prime novità: WhatsApp ha inaugurato i cosiddetti profili certificati. Un po’ come avviene su Facebook e Twitter, WhatsApp evidenzierà con una “coccarda” di colore verde quegli account che appartengono ad aziende la cui numerazione e ragione sociale è stata puntualmente verificata.

La coccarda apparirà subito accanto al nome degli account WhatsApp aziendali che le imprese potranno così sempre più adoperare per promuovere prodotti e servizi mantenendo allo stesso tempo un contatto continuo con la clientela.
I messaggi scambiati con le aziende, inoltre, verranno evidenziati con uno sfondo di colore giallo.

La novità, già documentata tra le FAQ di WhatsApp, dovrebbe essere introdotta ufficialmente anche in Italia nel giro di due settimane al massimo.
Al momento, però, non tutte le imprese potranno verificare la loro numerazione telefonica e fregiarsi della coccarda verde: per ora, infatti, WhatsApp ha avviato un “programma pilota” coinvolgendo un ristretto numero di imprese.
